I'd be hard pressed to think of a positive benefit. Pay is medium, get sent places on a moments notice, hell on married life - never mind the kids.
Cons
Run by a couple who have different perspectives on life. She is money oriented and he is service oriented. When the two combine, royal fireworks usually result as he wants the best for the customer and she wants a 100% ROI. At that point, everyone pays - employees, customers and management. Offices are opened and shut by throwing dice apparently as the thought of building a customer base in an area doesn't seem to appear anywhere.
