Pros
The opportunities to work abroad abound and job security is relatively stable. Numerous colleagues have transfered to Europe, Africa and South America. Growth projections remain aggressive and will continue to expand beyond our current network of +50 terminals.
Cons
Important organizational changes seemingly never get trickled down to all employees. Promotions can be questionable and filled with favoritism and/or cronyism. Working in Operations can be grueling for any work/life environment.
