Wonderful collogues, the work is enjoyable

Upper APEM management has no regard for the wellbeing or happyness of their staff. Low salary. It's also very clear they would rather hire someone in at a lower salary rather than fairly compensate their existing staff.

Historically interesting projects Some incredible colleagues

Poor management over time led to a recent mass exodus after buy out with more wanting to hand in their notice as management are not listening/acting to staff feedback. Non-technical staff placed to lead teams that expect lower grade staff to teach team heads basics in field. High stress and low work-life balance. Limited opportunity to grow your career (I.e. promotions, conference attendance, external/internal training).
