Great group of colleagues. Employees treated by the Sydney management team like family.

Cons

Company was in flux, and still is. Lack of leadership and direction stemmed the flow of ideas and constrained the ability of employees to make a difference. The social, family style culture was gradually eroded by lack of direction of top management + pains of merging several companies into APD throughout 2015/6

Benefits, salaries, lots of awards to production employees manugacturing plant is situated in an area with lots of establishement

Cons

no transparency leaders are hypocrite, make stories behind your back no salary increase even if you are working lots of jobs they retrenched many employees every year highest number of employees leave every year
