Little or no organisation from the top Regular dishonesty from company Totally reactive method to run company Upper management care only about money and nothing else Upper management ignore advice of educators and force changes that make educating harder No professionalism from many head office staff while teachers are expected to be highly professional all the time and are severly penalised if they are even mildly unprofessional once. Support is offered and not delivered upon. Some centre managers are sumply horrible and/or corrupt people who should not be allowed anywhere near children. Management can manipulate teachers into situations they dont want to be in.
