      Pros

      Nice location, somewhat flexible hours and pleasant people to work with.

      Cons

      Incompetent management. No advancement opportunity, you can work for them as long as you want, but when there's an opening for a position they will not even consider promoting internally. They treat every employee as disposable. . ."if you don't like it you can leave". No sign or appreciation for going the extra mile.

      Small company with great benefits and perfect office location. Some pleasant people to work with. Good company to start your working carrier.

      Cons

      Very bad working environment. Not many chances to grow. Awful management with no respect towards the employees. Not a place where I would suggest to work for.
