Contrary to what you'd expect with such a seemingly great culture, HR does not seem to take any drastic corrective action with managers that bully their employees. With high staff turnover rates and numerous negative exit interviews from employees explaining how their managers belittle, berate, and bully them, those managers are never appropriately reprimanded and remain employed and untouched. It makes employees feel like they are not being heard. My view of AMLI was so great when I first started, they really sweeten the pot and appear to be the ideal "dream" company to work for. Behind closed doors, many employees are going home at the end of the day feeling worthless because their managers yell at them, talk down to them, etc. This is ultimately why I left, along with many others. It is truly sad because AMLI would otherwise be a great company.
