      Decent pay, great people to work with, great healthcare system.

      Cons

      Some locations are not as great to work with, very religiously affiliated, holds Sunday morning prayers.

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
