Pros
Working at AMC, I was given great opportunities for growth and had managed to understand working a a movie theatre with a business perspective much more. as a Manager, you get much needed management skills in many different departments like HR, Auditing, Finance, Marketing and Film Scheduling. As someone who has a background in filmmaking, working for a movie theater in leadership offered me great management experience that i can take on to my next career.
Cons
The hours are very demanding, but expected due to certain upcoming films. They defiantly need to review adding bonuses, at all levels.
