Pros
When working at a movie theater, free movies when not working and free popcorn and soda during your shift. The coworkers are nice. Everyone is friendly, and the managers are not the yelling kind.
Cons
If you are a lazy worker, you will find that you are not appreciated much at the theater. Meanwhile, the ones who work hard are rewarded well. The hours are late, and they do not like it if you cannot work weekends or holidays. There are so many people at a theater that it is hard to ask for time off.
