      Pros

      Leadership: Geno heads up AM Navigator and provides Affiliate Managers with all the tools they need to succeed. He's very knowledgable and responsive whenever you need any help or assistance. He's also an industry expert who has written several books on affiliate marketing so there's a ton I've learned from him and, I'm sure, a lot more that I will learn in the future. Tools: Affiliate Managers are given access to a variety of cutting edge platforms and tools that help streamline their efforts and ultimately contribute to greater success. Work From Home: Ideal for me (someone who is about to start a family) and others who enjoy the flexibility of being able to work from a home office.

      I've been working for AM Navigator for over a year, and all I can say: It's been a wonderful experience. First of all, Geno is extremely supportive of the team and makes sure that managers are equipped with both tools, and knowledge needed to manage affiliate programs on the highest levels. Besides providing AM Navigator affiliate managers with all possible support and guidance, Geno sets a great personal example with attention to details, timely communication, clear requirements, and overall excellence in every aspect. This provides you with an opportunity to constantly develop and grow as a professional. Another extremely important benefit of working at AM Navigator is: the work/life balance. As a single mom of two kids I greatly appreciate the opportunity to work flexible hours from various locations. Overall, working at AM Navigator is definitely THE best and most useful professional experience that can happen to any affiliate manager!
