good hours early finish friday very small friendly team

i have never encountered so many issues in one place. management is severely lacking, there is no order or organisation, nothing is clear, everyone is overworked, you always do your role and someone else's because they don't want to hire a specialist, they promise you things they don't back up, no training or support is given but they expect so much out of everyone regardless. i would not recommend anyone working there for any amount of money in the world (and they are definitely underpaying everyone there)

None that I can think of really - as a student it was an awesome job to have.
