Where do you start? No staff training provided, the 'leadership' team are very poor indeed - no man management and very little care given to younger members of the team. The turnover of staff is high due to low job satisfaction, much of which is down to a CEO who has those who he likes and those he doesn't, for no good reason other than personal prejudices. Unprincipled and immoral leadership. Lots of junior staff employed so that expenditure for the CEO is low and therefore maximise his salary.
