      They keep us informed on things that may affect our contract job. They let us be autonomous. I never hear from these people really.

      Cons

      I never hear from these people really. I have to track my own progress and raise my hand when it's been a year and I would like a raise. I've never had a performance review.

      Prompt pay Interesting role w/ good client Time and half paid for +40 hours of work

      Cons

      Refusal to provide pay increase with increased responsibility and promotion No face to face engagement with contractors No advocacy for the employee No paid holiday or offering of PTO
