      struggled to find any meaningful positive aspects during my time at the company.

      Cons

      The worst IT services company in Morocco. Toxic management, poor communication, favoritism, constant pressure, lack of recognition, and very limited career growth. A frustrating and demotivating work environment overall.

      Refusal to provide pay increase with increased responsibility and promotion No face to face engagement with contractors No advocacy for the employee No paid holiday or offering of PTO
