I’m glad to hear that you enjoyed our beautiful office space and the perks and amenities that we offer to associates who like to have the option of working in a shared space. I really couldn’t agree with you more regarding your comment about good management. I’m proud of the strong leadership team that we have built at AIR MILES.
We have recently been named one of Canada’s Top Employers for Young People in 2023, for the 12th year in a row. We take great pride in providing structured support and delivering programs that the new generation of workers need to thrive in their careers. In addition to our training calendar and Learning and Development programs, we also offer a tuition reimbursement benefit, and have launched an evolving Career Level Framework that allows for Associates to grow and progress in their careers within the organization. We set targets for ourselves to fill no less than 30% of our open roles through internal movement to recognize the talent who is ready for a role at the next level.
It’s inevitable that some of Associates will leave the organization eventually, but I am very pleased that we have been able to create an environment where so many have been able to experience career advancement.
