I joined as a fresher 2 years before. The work culture at AIR Infotech is really nice. Considering work life balance, this is the best place to work according to me. Timmings are not very Stringent. Company is a sister concern of Big brand AIR (All India reporter) and is continuously evolving with its service and products. Hence the career opportunities are also good. Each an every person including Senior staff and management , are willing to share their wisdom which definitely helps one to grow in the organization.

You don't get quick increments and things really depends on your hard work , when it comes to your salary hikes n all.

I am working as an operation associate since 2010 (8 years of work experience)with AIR Info tech. Company literally works like a family. We have a wonderfull Co-operative staff including senior management and are very dedicated towards their work and company. They all Constantly strive towards betterment of the company. We have a security for our Jobs and we never faced frequent firing in the company.

Salary Increments are stagnant Restricted growth in the company.
