Pros
Management track, seems like a nice environment
Cons
They practically lie to you on the indeed listings saying it's base + salary. This is a 100% commission job. They use sly wording in the job listings to make you think its a nice office marketing job for $60k per year, they use that to get you into a cattle call zoom interview. Most high-churn sales jobs use this tactic, this is no different.
This company has a contract with AT&T and their goal is to sell upgrades to their current customers in service areas where new equipment is available. The potential money sounds good, but you're doing door to door sales, and the hours required are hilarious. say goodbye to any work-life balance you have.
There is a lot of traveling (though, they make it seem like it's optional), they mention this as a pro, but for most people this is stupid and just keeps you from spending time with your family.
