      Pros

      Friendly environment and lot of opportunity one can get to exposure. salary on Time. Lot of appreciation and motivational factors apart from monetary incentives.

      Cons

      It very difficult to identify about Cons.. well if I have to say something than sometime working environment is over friendly.
