Pros

a lot of the people i worked with were very kind and caring and supportive and still consider friends a manager i had for a time (before they left) was a big positive, but they were more like the exception to the rule if you are lucky and have a good manager, there are some ways you can be supported and flexibility can be applied to personal circumstances

Cons

constant changes/restructuring leaving everyone change averse and in change fatigue nepotism horrible pay (especially for those who have been with the company longer) boasting about profits every quarter while refusing to pay staff properly US staff and hourly workers are made jobless every single year as part of their business planning management can be incredibly disrespectful they reward good performance with more work that will leave you feeling burnt out and if you're unlucky, borderline suicidal a mid-level leader in HR said (re Ukrainian refugees) that we shouldn't allow them to move past eastern europe because then they'd become "too expensive" - pretty much describes how this company tends to operate
