Pros
- Casual dress. - Small company so many roles are taken and the ability to expand your resumé is present. - Able to bring your dog to work.
Cons
- I would say that there's definitely room to grow; however, this is only reflected in the amount of responsibility given without adequate compensation. - "New" management is inexperienced with handling a team any larger than 3 or 4 people and it is definitely a boy's club. Preferential treatment towards male employees. - Many initiatives to improve the company will be blocked due to "budget issues" and instead will be funneled into other initiatives. Marketing is not taken seriously. - High turnover rate. - Must document all conversations or else management will blame you for mistakes they made you focus upon. Contracts are hardly honored and conditions agreed to must be argued for every time.
