It was ok for the time

It was a new experience

Struggling to think of any other than the facilities being above average for the level

- Poor pay - Overworked - Toxic workplace environment - Disgruntled workforce with low motivation - Micro-managed beyond belief by a chairman who is self-centred, unwilling to budge on his dinosaur views and outright rude. For a club with so much promise, he single-handedly drove away such a talented group of people, who he was lucky to have working for him in the first place. All of whom have, unsurprisingly, gone on to bigger and better things, having understood their worth and walked away. Do not get sucked in by the facilities - you’ll be treated like rubbish and spoken to like a child. If you do fall for it, stand up to the chairman and put him in his place, otherwise he will walk all over you. It’s such a shame, because it could be SO good.
