Pros
Absolute none. Totally Horrendous people
Cons
Toxic and Unprofessional Management: The management exhibited a bullying and coercive attitude, often disregarding employee wellbeing. They failed to take my disability seriously, which made my working conditions even more challenging. They will threaten to pause your wages to keep you in line. Safety Concerns: The company provided unserviced, unsafe vehicles. On one occasion, I had a serious incident where the brakes failed on the van, and I was involved in a crash at 60mph. Despite raising concerns, they refused to provide me with a different van, which made me feel unsafe on the job. Unreasonable Expectations: I was expected to park far away from the job site (up to 15 minutes) and walk with heavy tools, which was not only inconvenient but also physically challenging. Unfair Compensation and Pay: The pay was already low, and deductions can be taken from wages for GSOS without warning. To make matters worse, they tried to withhold my final two weeks of wages when I left, which was incredibly unprofessional. Pointless Training: The training provided was essentially a waste of time. Instead of we were asked to take photos of existing work for a portfolio and skip through the health and safety videos to the tests at the end. 3phase trainer took photos for us to rush through the process, no actually physical training took place. Overall, I would say this company’s management, work culture, and safety standards are unacceptable. I highly recommend that potential employees think twice before joining.
