Pros

Reasonable health insurance . Can't think of anything else.

Cons

. As a straight commission rep, you are expected to handle billing, install and customer service issues at no pay. Why hire a salaried employee when you can force these duties on a straight commission rep ? You are required to work all Saturdays, and attend mandatory meetings and training at no pay. Against the law by the way. This was a decent company when under Tyco ownership. New ADT management has no concept how to run a sales organization. Sales positions are the lowest paid positions in the company and you are treated as such. Company direction changes almost daily as does your comp plan. One failed plan followed by another. Most reps last 6 months. If you are considering this company, ask yourself why do they have over 900 job openings ? This is not a job. This is Amway. Run.

Pros

There is a lot of diversity. I love the team I am on. My manager is amazing and helps me improve myself with the company. We have different types of Bergs that I am part of the disabilities. Love to meet different people in the company that I would not have met before.

Cons

Customers can be very nasty at times, but with a kind word on your side can make a difference.

Pros

I've worked for the company for 40+ years, I'm treated with respect and my efforts are recognized by my Director and other ADT leaders. They give me the autonomy to manage my department and value my experience and insight. They offer a solid benefits package. ADT leads by example with their cultural markers and ensures that rules and laws are followed. I love the collaboration I have with our other departments.

Cons

Obviously, we all want more money, especially given the prices of everything, it's always nice to make more money, but I've checked the compensation and benefits in similar positions outside of ADT and I feel ADT is paying a fair wage and when I factor in the benefits package, they are above average in overall compensation.
