      Company leader of it's market where a lot can be learned

      Cons

      Not enough team building. A lot of young people leave early as they don't take care of the employees. Low engineers demand vs a high amount of graduates, so easily replaceable.

      Pros

      It's a good company to grow up and manage big projects. The work environment is brilliant. We have semi remote work and it's so easy to manage your private life with it. It's a company that improve its work methods and try to do the things better always.

      Cons

      The salary range is less than other companies. The same rol in other companies could be paid 10k€ more.
