Pros
Work duties weren't terrible (when they had full staff). Some of the staff were great to work with (most of the good ones were laid off or quit). The company did at least care about providing quality service to their clients. It was nice knowing you were at least doing work that helped people.
Cons
Company was essentially driven into the ground. Don't expect to ever get pay raises. Don't expect basic employee benefits like medical/dental/401k anymore. If lay offs occur, you will be given ZERO warning. Work environment was often pretty toxic and stressful. 90% of staff is Russian/Ukranian, which isn't inherently bad, but communication could be difficult at times and you will feel excluded from most conversations between staff. Know that not everything was bad. The family-like environment was nice at times. When the company was doing well, the job wasn't terrible.
