Ownership is approachable, open-minded, and genuinely listens to staff input. Vast majority of co-workers are talented, supportive, and really nice people to work with.

The industry is competitive, and can be demanding at times, so it’s not the best place for phone-it-in types, but I’ve never felt overwhelmed.
