Pros
You work with inspiring, intelligent and passionate people who are great colleagues. The pay can be good and the hours are flexible. Staff below senior management level are largely friendly and easy to work with.
Cons
The behaviour and ethics of the Executive are appalling. There is widespread nepotism. There is poor leadership and little respect for staff. People who manage to "play the game" and win the favour of executive are well (and often unfairly) rewarded whilst passionate, deserving, humble and ethic staff are treated poorly.
