Leadership is committed to long-term success of the company. Offers excellent training and opportunities to learn and grow.

I haven’t found many downsides other than the standard drawbacks to working in a smaller to mid-sized firm vs. one of the big firms. But to me the advantages of working for a firm this size far outweigh the disadvantages.
