      Pros

      I have been working for ABR for 21 years and they are truly focused on treating their employees with respect and developing them. Starting with a phenomenal new hire training program they also focus on your long-term development as well. They offer great benefits including a wonderful PTO plan. The Senior Management team communicates regularly with the field employees so that we know what is going on in the company. They recognize people for the successes and support people as needed.

      Cons

      If I ever considered leaving, it would be very hard to give up the great PTO plan.

      Pros

      Quick, easy onboarding, but there was a lack of communication at some points.

      Cons

      NO PTO, NO paid vacations. Every other temp agency I have worked for has offered PTO and vacation, yet ABR does not offer either. I have not heard from the company in about a month, but when I do receive messages, they are riddled with spelling errors and sometimes not addressed to me. No PTO. I work hard, and taking time off without pay is not something I can do.
