There is nothing good in this company, the only thing is that they are good at selling scrap to clients at good price labeling that as the latest technology

learn how to butter/ Lick management to do nothing and get paid best even without knowing anything about technology. even though you are 12th graduate without tech knowledge you can review engineers about their performance There were instances the company has recruited people from market and asked them to provide technical knowledge to the team and literally fired them after 2 months saying that there did not reach their expectation. Later I got to know that from HR that it was already planned by Management that these people were supposed to be fired as soon as the team has gained knowledge.
