      New president is really great. Still face troubles a lot of companies do, lay offs, some less-than-capable employees, but overall a decent place to work.

      Some employees seem to choose speed over quality, and letting other people deal with their mistakes.

      Place is Toxic with Woke Mentality, if you come from any blue-collar industry you will not fit in as you will offend every and there is not enough safe spaces for all the crybabies there. Insurance is a joke. most of Upper management is part of a few families, no growth opportunities unless you are a part of that cliche,
