Pros
Good benefits; that's about it. Lots of training, but is only useful in their industry.
Cons
Talk of team spirit but management don't trust and expect insurmountable goals. I get not putting all eggs in one basket and needing different forms of revenue to keep member rates low, but its all about the credit card sales. Most members are over 50 and have established credit and don't want more. They are afraid of hacking and don't want to give out personal information.
