The company exploits international students by taking advantage of their limited job search flexibility. Here are some major issues I faced: Long, Unrewarding Work: The workload is overwhelming, with no salary increases or career progression. The environment is draining, and there is zero recognition or reward for hard work. Unpaid Salaries: Salaries were frequently unpaid for 3-4 months at a time, leading to severe financial stress. False promises about payment timelines only add to the frustration. The situation is made worse by the fact that some employees get paid while others don’t, creating an incredibly demoralizing and unfair work atmosphere. Forced Weekend Work: Employees are expected to work weekends, further compounding the already heavy workload. Toxic Work Culture: The culture is mentally torturous, with high attrition rates reflecting just how toxic the environment is. Lack of Empathy from Management: The CEO and his wife, who are at the top, show no empathy for employees. Despite not paying salaries on time, they insist on in-office work, showing a complete disregard for workers’ well-being. Delays in Clearing Dues Even After Exit: Even after leaving the company, they delay clearing employees’ dues, adding unnecessary financial and emotional stress to former workers. Tax Filing Issues: The constant paycheck delays have led to incorrect W-2s being issued, resulting in mistakes with tax filings. In hindsight, working at this company was a deeply regrettable experience. The management's reckless decisions, lack of accountability, and blatant exploitation make it a workplace to avoid at all costs if you value your mental health, financial stability, and professional growth. I cannot recommend working for this company under any circumstances.
