Pros

Work from home that's it.

Cons

Being lied to. Being paid less then other workers while being in a higher position and having great reviews. Super toxic environment ADA laws not followed Upper management doesn't listen to your side it's more of attack and shutdown instead of listening and growing. Micromanagement Dishonesty from management Any issues are swept under the rug. Outdated equipment and tech. (From that you can't do your job constantly having to go to IT support and then management gets angry at you for being in tech support instead of getting decent equipment.) Workload for Tier2 heavy plus handling another company's job they were hired for and making peanuts for pay. Nit picking by supervisors or management instead of focusing on the big picture. Small issues never resolved turning into bigger issues affecting staff and clients. IT outsource support extremely rude. Being told let the client yell at you longer before you end the call. No support for very toxic clients from supervisors or management.

Pros

Really fun and healthy work culture! Love working from home Leadership is there for you Many opportunities to move up in the company!

Cons

Occasional tech issues but that is to be expected when working from home. They have a great I.T department that makes up for it though!

Pros

You get to work from home.

Cons

- extremely low pay for the amount of work expected from you - you will not advance if your supervisor or team lead does not like you even when it’s for personal disagreements not related to work - you will deal with micro aggressions and a horrible work culture - supervisors expect you to answer you Team chats and emails even if you aren’t working - so much micromanaging it’s draining - constant nitpicking when leadership should be looking at the bigger picture - overall it’s been a really horrible and sad experience
