Pros

You get to work from home.

Cons

- extremely low pay for the amount of work expected from you - you will not advance if your supervisor or team lead does not like you even when it’s for personal disagreements not related to work - you will deal with micro aggressions and a horrible work culture - supervisors expect you to answer you Team chats and emails even if you aren’t working - so much micromanaging it’s draining - constant nitpicking when leadership should be looking at the bigger picture - overall it’s been a really horrible and sad experience

Really fun and healthy work culture! Love working from home Leadership is there for you Many opportunities to move up in the company!

Cons

Occasional tech issues but that is to be expected when working from home. They have a great I.T department that makes up for it though!

Pros

Every single person is so helpful and supportive with any questions or issues that come up. The hours are flexible, which makes balancing work and personal life much easier. The training program is the best I've experienced- very well taught and thorough, unlike other remote jobs I've held. Supervisors and team leads are genuinely kind and invested in helping you become a better customer service representative. After 5 years of remote work, this is by far the most supportive and caring company I've worked for. The company values are good, and they truly care about their employees.

Cons

The pay could be a bit better, but the increases do help!
