Lack of upward mobility and understaffed IT department

Great people! Great Products, Great Message, Great Infrastructure and Support. Innovative I went from having no experience in the Security Industry to being one of the highest performing Sales Reps that the company ever had. I see a lot of negative reviews on here, but that is to be expected when you do not leave on good terms. Speaking from experience, from someone who has experienced the good, bad, and ugly of A+, it is a great place to work. The management team, although I do not agree with everything they do, genuinely care about their employees. Kept the majority all employed during COVID. Not many companies out there that are doing that for people. David at his core, is a great person. They have built an amazing company, and They are on an upward path toward bigger and better things. The Future is bright.

Communication isn't always a strong attribute, but as a company grows and expands, that is expected. No upward mobility, at least from my perspective, which is what prompted me to depart.
