Low pay, executive staff at the time not the nicest.

Good people at the hourly level

Dishonest management Constantly promised promotions and benefits that are never delivered Poor sales staff, which keeps employees under-paid and under-employed Management treats employees poorly and clearly does not care about them Upper management seems utterly incapable of telling the truth to the employees or to their clients. They cannot be trusted and will throw their employees under the bus without hesitation. From a business standpoint, the profit margins are beyond inaccurate. They are intentionally misleading. The company is loaded with nepotism, employing completely incompetent and destructive people at high levels, even when it is clear that she is not only not doing her job, but is costing the company money and valuable employees
