Pros
This company is notorious for building a strong work culture, and environment. From ownership, to management down, this company excels at training, developing, encouraging, and inspiring the entire team. As a result, I had some of the best co workers I have ever had in my life. This company excels in training, they thoroughly cover the material needed to master the job and assist you along the way. There is plenty of room for growth, and plenty of opportunities to make more money. Management genuinely appreciates your contributions to the company and will compensate you for that. Management cares about each employee. I would have weekly meetings with the operations manager to ensure that everything was okay. These meetings meant so much to me because I would address any concerns I may have had and she would handle it. Finally, the job is fun. We are in the service industry to take care of our homeowners, and they are so incredibly nice, patient and understanding. You learn so much about property management, how to handle all different situations and develop relationships along the way.
Cons
There are not many cons when it comes to this job. If I had to get picky I would say it is being so close to the beach but not having more meetings there!
