Pros

Easy work close to home. Get home a lot.

Cons

I came in as an owner operator. Was told I was going to make between $1.9 and $2.10 a mile. And run between 1800 and 2600 miles a week. After I start working it's more like $1.30 a mile and 1000 to 1500 a week. I brought it up and I was told that I'll average about $2500 a week. Running around 1000 miles. $2500 average a week is a sight different from $4400 a week the was explained to me in the beginning.

Pros

- The HR team was incredibly supportive, collaborative, and enjoyable to work with - Built many meaningful relationships and lifelong professional connections during my time with the company - Leadership and ownership demonstrate a strong commitment to employees and company culture - Pyle offers very competitive benefits and a solid 401(k) program - My decision to leave was solely due to relocating out of state for personal reasons, not because of the company itself

Cons

- The role can become somewhat repetitive and cyclical over time - The hiring process requires managing a high volume of moving pieces and constant information flow, demanding strong organization and attention to detail - Mondays can be especially long due to leading and facilitating New Hire Orientation sessions
