Plenty of opportunities to move forward within company. Every day you come to work is different. Very nice friendly family atmosphere that focuses on maintaining it`s company core values. Always busy throughout the day which makes everything go by fast.

Cons

Hours can be challenging at times. You need to understand hard work is needed to move up in the company.

- The HR team was incredibly supportive, collaborative, and enjoyable to work with - Built many meaningful relationships and lifelong professional connections during my time with the company - Leadership and ownership demonstrate a strong commitment to employees and company culture - Pyle offers very competitive benefits and a solid 401(k) program - My decision to leave was solely due to relocating out of state for personal reasons, not because of the company itself

- The role can become somewhat repetitive and cyclical over time - The hiring process requires managing a high volume of moving pieces and constant information flow, demanding strong organization and attention to detail - Mondays can be especially long due to leading and facilitating New Hire Orientation sessions
