Pros
Generally, most of the staff in your day-to-day work are great. If you are lucky to have one of the nice upper managers, there is decent flexibility as well. If you do stick around, you have the option of switching jobs/departments within the company.
Cons
C-level management is a MESS. Admin & company-wide turnover is very high. "Downsizing" happens every year for the CEO's personal spending habits. This company is kept alive by the sweat and tears of the employees. You will have to fight tooth and nail for a raise, and that's even with your manager's support. Interdepartmental communication is inconsistent and difficult, due to the upper-level management butting heads often.
