I love to work at 8allocate! 1) We have a very friendly team. 2) We have cool office 2 steps from Pecherska subway station. 3) Our management is very engaging and motivative.

Can't really come up with one. May be our current size. But it is fixable. I wish to have more and more teammates as I have now.
