Cons
CEO is the one who plays all the dirty politics and blame his own team, creates toxic environment and creates misunderstanding between employees, he always do backbiting for every single team member and not even sparing senior and near one in the team. He use to make personal comments on employee dressing. He once insulted and forced to wear clothes bought by him. He has also taken a female colleague for a movie due to which she quits job. And he always gives bad reviews about his employees after they leave job.
He promise increments and appraisal during job interview but never fulfil. He gives example of big companies but can not run a company of hand full people.
He has no knowledge of work and tries to confuse clients with his worthless long english write ups.
Even clients caught him for hiding the truth. He was cheating them using incorrect salary figures.
I also know that he is paying salary to fake employee to evade tax but not paying increments and proper salary to employees and is shielding himself using Covid situation.
If you can always do yes in yes then you’re good.
