      A lot of the clients are nonprofits, and helping nonprofits was satisfying.

      Cons

      Mediocre benefits. Company gives the vibe of being family friendly but didn’t have policies to back that up. Unclear expectations.

      Pros

      The people are amazing and are so thoughtful and talented. The team truly cares for each other. They are flexible where they can be. They live their values and they serve their clients well. The leadership is kind and truly wants the best for their employees.

      Cons

      Not many Cons at all TBH... Not really any remote opportunities as they prefer to have a hybrid schedule. The tracking client hours business structure isn't ideal but that's how agencies money so it's understandable.
