Pros
Work from home most days is truly the only pro I could give during my experience- apart from a few coworkers
Cons
I’m not sure where to begin here- first there is a senior account executive who is a total mean girl who was terrible to collaborate with and the CEO’s excuse it as her “personality” simply because she did nothing outside of working hours besides work more- by this I mean I would be getting tagged in projects at 10pm at night or 6am in the morning… including weekends. Secondly they preach work life balance but if you are asked to do something at 7pm you are expected to do it or you would get the cold shoulder. There is no structure at this organization and it’s pretty much figure it out yourself and if you don’t do it exactly how I want it, you’re wrong. The amount of hands in the pot and rounds of feedback was INSANE. A simple linked post would take 7 rounds of 3 different people telling you what to change because they had a higher title and would always use to to their advantage. Once I put my two week notice in, I didn’t even hear back from my CEO’s/ Manager before I had other coworkers calling me and sharing the negative things they were saying about me as a waited on acknowledgment that they received my notice. I can’t even begin to list the multiple other reason this organization overall destroyed my mental health but this is my hope to help share and save the next younger person in my shoes (which I have already heard from people who came after me how terrible their experience is/was)
