      Pros

      Great culture and people. It's a growing company and like with any growing company, there are growing pains. Great for up and coming young professionals to learn on the job. The leadership is great! they are very encouraging to the younger professionals. Plenty of opportunity to grow.

      Cons

      There are growing pains, so there are processes that need to be developed, but the leadership is fully aware of all the issues and are actively working towards a better future.

      Pros

      Compared to my prior employer, the workload is much reduced while the pay is a substantial increase. I feel that store and District leadership is a lot more willing to back you up compared to Prior employers I've had, and there is a good amount of freedom to be had. The company is also expanding so the opportunity for growth is also higher than with other Industries right now.

      Cons

      The company seems to be a bit schizophrenic at the moment when it comes to certain things and operations are suffering to a degree because of it.
