      Hey, Reviewer! We value the feedback and appreciate the pros listed. While the work we do is incredibly important and fast-paced, it shouldn't be a constant source of stress for anyone. If that was the case, we're glad that you gave our Management Training Program a try and learned that it wasn't for you. While we do operate on a commission-based structure, it wouldn't be possible for us to still be working with our client, AT&T, a decade later if we were preying on potential customers. Naturally, there is always room for improvement, so we welcome you to call our Human Resources Department with further tangible feedback on how we can be more honest and upfront about what we do. Also, if requiring all employees to submit a review was a condition of employment, we would definitely have more than 14 reviews over 10 years...just some food for thought!       Pros

      The bonuses are great as you will strive to try to get them. Plus the overall experience of what you can gain from working here seem great.

      Cons

      This is basically a door to door sale jobs with long hours. It's about 10+ hours a day of walking through whatever weather in whatever terrain. They won't tell you that you won't get paid your first 3 weeks there until you start. On top of that you don't get paid fully until ou get your own code or you will have to split or get whatever percentage the person you out with gives you. You can and will get the police called on you as there are areas that do not want you there especially after dark. If you have anything else going on in life or kids this is not the job for you as it will take up all of your time with no base pay. You can walk all day and not make any money for the day leadin to small checks. A lot of people start from being sold the idea picture but quit because of the hours and pay.

      Hey, Reviewer! We appreciate your feedback and the time you spent employed with our company. It saddens us to read your review, and we wish your experience had been different. While we know that sales might not have been the best fit professionally, our hours and compensation plans were covered in your interview process and made very clear. We run a performance based business, which means that each person is paid a reflection of their work for that week. To say that you can't be successful at sales if you have a life outside of work or have children lacks fact. How do family men like Bill Gates and Gary Vaynerchuk run successful companies with only the same 168 hours in the week as you have? The answer is time management. With the goal of our company being to train sales representatives into sales managers, we can assure you that no one in our company works without huge incentives, rewards, and growth opportunities.
