Pros
The designers, developers, project managers, and owners are very passionate about what they do and it shows in their work. As a small digital agency, they have the ability to be much more streamlined when it comes to the delivery of projects and getting things done on time and on budget. They also swing high when it comes to the clients they work with, including some big names like Moen and Nestle. Client Referrals and word of mouth have also been a big force as it relates to new business. To add, 42connect is not limited to just working with companies here in Ohio and the Midwest, but with companies across the country as well.
Offices are located right in the heart of Cleveland with many places to walk to for breakfast, lunch and even Happy Hour. A parking pass is even provided which gives you access to a covered garage so you avoid your car getting ticketed, towed or damaged. As well as access to a gym inside the building. Management is also very flexible with employee hours and allow them to work from home or off-site as long as they hit their goals.
Cons
Having a self-starter mindset going into this company is critical since there are not a whole lot of processes and training that is provided when you begin. There are also days where you may work longer hours than usual to keep up with the project work that is demanded by clients.
