Best job, great pay and benefits - Sales Associate 42 Degrees Employee Review

I’ve been training and now I’ll be heading to Dale Carnegie training. This company cares about its employees and it shows.

Immature coworkers. The only con is some of the staff needs more development.

Laid-back environment. Nice co-workers. Cool merchandise.

The "owner" is awful and has severe anger issues. Directly blames whoever is working if "sales quotas" aren't met; even if no one comes into the store. Zero formal training in my experience and then you get blamed for not knowing everything about their vapes (you're expected to Google every single product and learn on your own, I guess). Scott Haber is just an awful human being. He seems nice enough at first, but he has anger issues and has no business managing anything.
