I was in 3i infotech bpo ltd and I my manager was DVP of 3i infotech I was hired to automate the ckyc process of their client kotak but sometimes I was getting late due to the Mumbai local trains and I accept my mistake that I was getting late in initial days so he directly warned me through WhatsApp group that this is not acceptable and all one day I got late by 30 mins and he directly terminated me on spot without any kind of formal warning and even after begging him for one chance he terminated me on spot If any higher management from 3i is reading this I want to ask you this sir respectively is this the correct way to terminate an employee on spot ? When a employee resign you make him complete his 1 month notice period even if there is an emergency you make them complete it and when it comes to the ego of your so called DVP of 3i he directly terminated me on spot there are "n" number of employees who are coming late to office daily will you terminate them all ? Why this kind of exploitation and unfair practices in the organisation. I accept my mistake but i want to ask is this correct to terminate someone cause of this reason ?that to without any notice period ?
